Refund and Return Policy
Order cancellation
Canceling an order is easy. If your order has not yet been fulfilled and you change your mind, simply email Support@Rogue-Audio.com. Provide your name and order information and say that you would like a refund on your order. If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, unfortunately it falls under our return policy and cannot be immediately refunded.
Returns
Our worry free, money back return policy lasts 30 days after arrival of your speaker. If 30 or more days have gone by since your order was delivered, you will not be able to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in reasonable condition and be in the original packaging. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
Contact customer service at Support@Rogue-Audio.com to determine your return eligibility and to receive a return authorization. Orders returned without return authorization will be forfeited.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for orders that have been postmarked during the 30 day return window highlighted above. Orders must meet all criteria highlighted in the returns section in order to receive a full refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It can take up to a week for this to reflect in your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items have a guaranteed refund, refunds on discounted orders will vary by case and are not guaranteed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they have manufacturer defects. Our standard warranty is 30 days, however purchases made between March 1st, 2021 and March 17th 2021 may be eligible for a 365 day manufacturer warranty.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for lost packages that do not carry tracking.
